Help for COVID-19 caregivers

We all have been impacted by COVID-19 one way or another.

We’ve seen the creativity of our educators. We’ve seen the shifts in the way we do our jobs. We’ve seen new ways to do business. We’ve seen the resilience of our communities.

We’ve also seen the impact on our frontline workers and caregivers.

Staying safe in the pandemic is more than wearing masks and washing our hands. Staying safe also means taking care of our mental health and well-being.

In the time of prolonged physical distancing, limiting interactions with others, and virtual everything, maintaining our mental health can be tough right now.

It is important to remember that you are not alone; we are all in this together.
